Get to know us
Lifetime Woodwork, founded by Jovas Jonusas in 2004, has a rich history rooted in his early childhood. Growing up with famous Lithuanian sculptor Eduardas Jonusas, Jovas spent most of his days in a woodworking shop, nurturing his passion for creating souvenirs for tourists and restoring antique furniture.
At the age of 14, he embarked on a remarkable project with his father, recreating a wooden antique boat based on a blueprint. This early exposure to woodworking fueled Jovas' ambitions, leading him to pursue a career as a creative furniture designer.
He completed his studies at an art college and began his journey as a cabinet maker in Lithuania. For two years, he honed his skills in a local woodworking shop before joining a custom woodworking shop in Chicago, where he dedicated a decade to serving clients from the North side and Gold Coast.
Our mission
We're on a mission to change the way the housing market works. Rather than offering one service or another, we want to combine as many and make our clients' lives easy and carefree. Our goal is to match our clients with the perfect properties that fit their tastes, needs, and budgets.
Our vision
We want to live in a world where people can buy furniture that match their needs rather than having to find a compromise and settle on the second-best option. That's why we take a lot of time and care in getting to know our clients from the moment they reach out to us and ask for our help.
